The premise sprawls over a massive land cover of 25 acres and includes two residential wings – Prestige Finsbury Park Regent and Prestige Finsbury Park Hyde. The Regent occupies 10 acres of the total area and features 958 luxury apartments of 3 Bedroom unit type arrayed over 6 towers that rise up to 20 floors (G+2B+20 Floors). The Hyde occupies 15 acres of the total area and features 2092 units of 1 and 2 bedroom luxury apartments configured over 12 towers with Ground+2 Basement +20 floors configuration. These two residential wings are designed to be two independent entities and each of them has their own identities, approvals, amenities and facilities.
